Stone Wealth is a proud family owned and operated business established by Mt Eliza locals, Paul and Prue Stone. With both having over 20 years of industry experience, Paul and Prue bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. Having spent the past 11 years as Director- Private Wealth Management at Carnbrea & Co Limited, Paul’s vision to establish and operate his own boutique wealth management business was born.
Paul Stone, Managing Director
Paul is the founder and Managing Director of Stone Wealth and has over 20 years industry experience with his most recent role being the Director of Private Wealth at Carnbrea & Co. Over the years Paul has built and maintained trusted relationships with his clients, providing individually tailored wealth management solutions to high net wealth individuals and families, trusts, estates and foundations.
Paul is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association. The CFP mark requires rigorous ongoing annual education to remain at the peak of professional advice standards.
Paul is passionate about wealth management and delivering positive risk adjusted outcomes for his clients, enabling them to achieve their specific goals & objectives.
When not in the office Paul can be found coaching on the sidelines helping his three children fulfil their sporting and performing arts endeavours.
Prue Stone, Managing Director
Prue is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Stone Wealth and has more than 20 years of experience in the wealth and funds management industry. Prue understands the importance of communicating and servicing clients over the journey and is passionate about delivering this service. Over the years she has held Business Development roles with Challenger and Australian Unity working in their funds management division. She enjoyed meeting new advisors and analysing their respective business models and learning new skills along the way. Her first experience in wealth management dates back to 1997 in the midst of the tech boom where she joined Johnson Taylor and cut her teeth on the trading floor. This role sparked her interest in finance and drove her career in this industry.
More recently Prue found her niche in consulting to boutique wealth management firms on practice management efficiencies and business systems and processes. She has also relished her opportunities in the philanthropic space, supporting the Arts sector and working alongside people with disabilities and those less fortunate.
In her personal life, Prue is an active volunteer and sponsor in the local sporting community and an energetic member of her children’s school communities. She credits her own professional and personal success to not only hard work and a commitment to achieve but also to a loving and supporting family, including a dad who showed her the ropes and a mother who never let her forget that we get back what we put in.
Hannah Grossman, Client Service Manager
Originally from New Zealand, Hannah studied at the University of Otago obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Business Management. For the past 18 years she has had experience working in the sharebroking and private wealth industry in executive assistant and advisor support roles.
Hannah previously worked with Paul for Carnbrea & Co. and after taking time to raise her young family, she has returned to help support Paul and Prue in the building of their business – Stone Wealth.
Hannah has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people in both a professional and informal setting. She enjoys helping clients on their path of seeking financial freedom which often ties in with the twists and turns that life presents us along the way.
In her personal life, Hannah is an active volunteer in her schooling community and volunteer of Mount Waverley Cricket Club and has recently been granted Australian Citizenship so she can be a true ANZAC.
Ali Stone, Executive Assistant
Ali is a driven and enthusiastic emerging professional, eager to begin her career in finance. With a background in business management, she is excited to apply her knowledge and passion to her family’s wealth management business.
Inspired by her parents’ expertise, Ali is committed to continuing their legacy and contributing to the growth of Stone Wealth. She upholds the values of integrity, trust, and excellence, and strives to deliver personalised client service and effective communication.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music at Griffith University, Ali brings a creative and innovative perspective to client engagement. She aims to integrate technology-driven solutions and fresh communication strategies to strengthen relationships and drive forward-thinking outcomes.
Outside of finance, Ali is active in the performing arts, volunteering to sing at community events. She is passionate about giving back and supporting initiatives that benefit her local community.
Sienna Stone, Office Manager
As the eldest daughter of Prue and Paul, Sienna is a bright and ambitious young professional, known for her strong work ethic and drive to succeed. Currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Sport Management & Journalism, she is actively building her knowledge and skills in business and finance, preparing herself to take the next step in the professional world, through the family-founded business.
With a background in design, Sienna brings a fresh and creative perspective to her work. She is passionate about enhancing the overall look and feel of the organisation, ensuring that its core values—lasting relationships, bespoke solutions, and personalised advice—are clearly reflected through engaging and thoughtful visual elements that elevate the client experience.
Highly organised and reliable, Sienna excels in planning, efficiency, and punctuality—qualities that strongly support her role as Office Manager. She plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, coordinating tasks, maintaining structure, and providing consistent support to the team. Her proactive attitude and attention to detail make her a dependable presence, always ready to step in wherever needed and keep operations running seamlessly.
Outside of the workplace, Sienna is deeply involved in the health and fitness community. She regularly participates in charity running festivals and local sporting events, often hosted through her community’s aquatic and recreation centre. She also has a strong interest in camping and the outdoors, enjoying opportunities to unwind in nature, which complements her active lifestyle and appreciation for balance beyond the office.
